Indole-3-Acetic Acid concentration (IAA; µg mL−1) in 46 Methylobacterium strains. Strains were cultured in vitro in R2 broth supplemented with 2.5 mM L-tryptophan until they reached the early stationary phase. Indole-3-Acetic Acid concentration was measured spectrophotometrically using a colorimetric method. Values are means ± SE of 3 replicates
