Cytokinin (CK) concentration (pmol mL−1) in Methylobacterium oryzae — LMG23582(T), cultured under different concentrations of methanol (0.25 – 2.00%). Strains were cultured in vitro in the DSM125 minimal medium until they reached the early stationary phase. Cytokinin were analysed in the cell-free bacteria supernatants using HPLC-(ESI +)MS/MS.
