Share of free bases (FB), methylthiols (2-MeS), ribosides (RB), and nucleotides (NT) in 46 Methylobacterium strains. Strains were cultured in vitro in the DSM125 minimal medium until they reached the early stationary phase. Cytokinin were analysed in the cell-free bacteria supernatants using HPLC-(ESI +)MS/MS. Strains are ordered according to the increasing total CK production (n = 3)
