A colour represents a species, and the length of the colour block represents the relative abundance ratio of species at the genus level. The circle radiating from the inside to the outside of the branch diagram represents the classification level from phylum to species; each small circle at different classification levels represents a classification at that level, and the diameter of the small circle corresponds to the relative abundance. Different colours indicate different groups, and nodes of different colours indicate the groups of microorganisms that play an important role in the groups represented by the colours
