Sensitivity of the L. pneumophila-MCDA assay. Two detection techniques including (A) VDR analysis and (B) lateral flow biosensor were applied for MCDA products. Serial dilutions (10 ng/μL, 1 ng/μL, 100 pg/μL, 10 pg/μL, 1 pg/μL, 100 fg/μL, 10 fg/μL, 1 fg/μL) of L. pneumophila ATCC 33152 genomic DNA were used for sensitivity analysis. Tubes (A)/ Biosensor (B) 1–8 represented different concentrations of DNA, 10 ng/μL, 1 ng/μL, 100 pg/μL, 10 pg/μL, 1 pg/μL, 100 fg/μL, 10 fg/μL, 1 fg/μL, respectively; 9 represents a negative control (DW).
