Histogram of the t-test for the relative abundance of all species of rhizosphere microbiome. Serratia marcescens, Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron, Fusobacterium varium and Neisseria flava were the dominant strains which had significant difference between the group with and without calcium treatment at the seedling stage (In descending order of p value), the other strains were the dominant species in the rhizosphere microbial community which had significant difference between the group with and without calcium treatment at the pod filling stage((*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001)
