The phylogenomic tree was inferred using the alignment and the concatenation of bacterial single-copy core genes (SCGs) (Supplementary Table 3) [39, 40] under the Jones-Taylor-Thorton model and CAT approximation with 20 rate categories. The Aestuariivirgaceae genomes studied here are assigned with a pink color. The nodes that showed a bootstrap support ≥70% are assigned with a black point in the tree. Green circle indicates the outgroup used in the phylogenomic analysis
