Dose response to antibiotics. Planktonic and cording bacteria were treated with antibiotics at several stepwise-diluted concentrations. IC50 values were determined by nonlinear regression with 4 parameters for RIF and INH (a-b) or 3 parameters for other antibiotics with less concentrations tested (c-h). Dotted lines cross the x-axes at the points representing IC50 value for planktonic (black line) and cording (red line) phenotype.
