NP (non-present) marks intervals where no aggregates were identified. Data is presented as mean of log10 frequency ± SD (n = 3). Number of events in each experiment > 100. Significant differences between planktonic and cording phenotype are indicated with **(p ≤ 0.01), or ***(p ≤ 0.001) as determined by multiple t-tests with Holm-Sidak correction for multiple testing.
