TUDCA treatment improves survival of mice during experimental melioidosis. Mice were injected with PBS or TUDCA (100 μg/g), and intranasally infected with about 5 × 103 CFU of B. pseudomallei. Then TUDCA (100 μg/g) was injected every 2 days after infection. a Survival after intranasal infection with B. pseudomallei in the pretreatment of PBS or TUDCA.
