F9, triple knockout (TKO) and double knockout (DKO) cells were infected with MC-InvGFP strain at MOI 1:10 at 37 °C for 1 h. The percentage of total cell-associated (a) and intracellular (b) bacteria was determined as described in Materials and Methods.
