Comparison of Col gene set sequences with left and right flanks for four plasmids from U307, PT135a or PT197 S. Typhimurium hosts with reference to plasmid ColIb-P9. Gene names other than inserted genes were derived from ColIb-P9 GenBank Acc. No. NC_002122 annotation. The genes for ColIb-P9 were derived from a RAST version of the ColIb-P9 sequence different from the GenBank version. The bar indicates the level of relatedness. The length of the shafts is proportionate to the length of the gene and direction of the arrow heads indicates which strand the gene is located on. Drawn by Easyfig application [16]
