Species accumulation curve of Gaoligongshan (distance interval method, elevation interval method) and Cangshan. Both in Cangshan and the two sampling modes of Gaoligongshan, with the increase of the sampling point, the species accumulates continuously, and the final accumulation curve tends to be leveled, so the sampling efforts of each sampling mode in both regions are reasonable
