In the figure the values are represented as (%); where au = approximately unbiased p-value (red colored), bp = bootstrap probability (bootstrap value = 1000) (green colored) and #edge = number of the sub clusters (39 total clades) (yellow colored). Clusters with Au larger than 95% are strongly supported by the data. Clades (#clade number or edge#) were grouped based on the bootstrap identity and their characteristics. Blue highlighted clades are with high bootstrap identity (≥ 80%) and statistically significant (≥ 95%).
