Root gall indices were rated using a scale of 0–5, where 0, no gall; 1,15% or less roots with galls; 2–4, 16–25%; 26–50%; 51–75% roots with galls, respectively; and 5,> 76% roots with galls. Gall index = ∑the number of diseased plants in each grade × grade/(total number of plants investigated × the highest grade) × 100%. Biocontrol efficacy (%) = (gall index in the control − gall index in the Snef1910-treated group)/ gall index in the control × 100
