Fold-changes of putative Bd-inhibitory bacterial ASVs detected in adults that differ between undisturbed/disturbed habitats. Bacterial ASV with a log2 fold change less than 0 were more abundant in the undisturbed habitats indicated on the left and colored on green, whereas those with a log2 fold change higher than 0 were more abundant in disturbed habitats indicated on the right and colored on orange.
