M. haemolytica porin gene and pseudogene isoform diversity. The porin gene is specific to genotype 2 M. haemolytica as all observed genotype 1 strains have the pseudogene. Only two isoforms, designated major and minor in the figure, were observed for each genotype. The major isoform of each genotype was observed in over 99% of genotype members.
