PRM promotes more efficient fungal clearance. J774 macrophages were incubated with PRM at 100 μg/ml for 1 h. After this incubation, PRM was removed and the monolayers were washed, and incubated with C. albicans yeast cells (1:1 ratio) for 1, 2 and 3 h.
