The result from a fingerprint data based on InDel markers used in genotyping 67 isolates collected from three agro-ecological zones using the UPGMA algorithm and the genetic distances at 1000 replications. The initials SS and LS represent S and L strains of A. flavus respectively while AP represents A. parasiticus. Clusters I and II comprise of aflatoxigenic and non-aflatoxigenic isolates respectively
