Evaluation of pseudonajide cytotoxicity. Graph demonstrating the percentage of living cells after 24 h exposure to 25 μM of each peptide. For the tests, seven different human cell lines were used. For comparison, the number of living cells in the DMSO control was considered as 100%, and the three cytotoxic drugs roscovitine, doxorubicin, and taxol were used as positive controls. All tests were performed at the ImPACcell automatized platform of cytotoxicity evaluation (Université de Rennes 1)
