Influence of the living conditions on the lung microbiota. The influence of the living conditions on the lung microbiota was evaluated by comparison between domestic dogs living either in rural or urban condition and experimental beagle dogs (ExpB). The parameters studied to assess the lung microbiota included; the bacterial load (a), the α-diversity (b), the richness (c), the evenness (d), the β-diversity (e) represented by a non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) graph based on a Bray-Curtis matrix and the linear discriminant analysis (LDA) where only significant genera were represented (f). *P = 0.017, **P = 0.015
