The use of LPIâ„¢ methodology together with TMT labelling when performing surface shaving. Three lanes were filled with bacterial cells after exposure to HaCaT cells (a) and three lanes were filled with bacterial cells only exposed to media (b). After surface shaving, the eluted peptides were tagged with TMT labels, pooled and subsequently analyzed by LC-MS/MS.
