Gene network analysis was used to prioritize CPSR genes. WormNet v2, a probabilistic functional gene network model, was queried with the 145 genes that were differentially expressed in response to non-pathogenic vs. pathogenic strains. 73 of the 145 genes are connected to one another (AUC = 0.6942, p = 1.8137e-16). a Network visualized using Cytoscape 3.5.1. Green circles represent individual genes and grey lines represent known or predicted connections between genes.
