Reproducibility testing of the BOXA2R-PCR using the DNA of lactococcal phages c2 and sk1. Both phages were propagated on Lc. lactis ssp. cremoris MG1363 at 30 °C. The corresponding dendrogram was generated using the UPGMA method. Three replicates per each DNA isolated by the phenol-chloroform procedure (DNA1) and the Qiagen kit (DNA2) were tested.
