F. tularensis strain LVS (circles), IN99 (squares), and Schu4 (triangles) were incubated in BVFH containing either humic acid (a-d) or ATD (e-h) at targeted starting concentrations of 100 (black symbols), 10 (red symbols), and 1 (blue symbols) CFU mL− 1. Open symbols represent control wells with Milli-Q® water. Filled-in symbols represent wells with humic acid or ATD.
