LHS, LS and BDC are represented three populations lived in low-altitude areas. High group contains 39 samples collected from 4 high-altitude populations with altitude above 3000 m. Low group include 34 samples from 3 habitat below 500 m. T test was used to test the differences between groups. The significance is indicated by *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001
