Ingredients 1–4 were put in an Erlenmeyer containing 250 mL of distilled water and the solution was mixed with a magnetic stirrer. Then distilled water was added to total volume of 500 mL and transferred to 1 L flask. The liquid was autoclaved for 20 min at 115 °C and let to cool at ~ 55 °C before pipetting 25 mL onto each petri dish plate.
