Biofilm formation of F. columnare in Erlenmeyer flasks after 48 h inoculation under different calcium concentrations. Visually, there was a positive correlation between Ca2+ and biofilm formation in the flasks and a negative correlation between Ca2+ and planktonic cells. There was no observable biofilm in control medium while no turbidity was seen at the highest Ca2+ concentration
