Relative mRNA levels of four representative genes from flagella cluster of Xoo under OCA treatment were measured by qRT-PCR. OCA had no significant effect on the expression of these four genes within 1 hour. The expression of them was induced by OCA after 3 hours treatment, and the influence was more obviously after 6 hours. Values represent the levels of expression compared to that of bacterial cells without OCA treatment (for which the level of expression was set equal to 1.00).
