Heat map of T3SS associated genes expression. Compared with M210 medium, most of T3SS associated genes expression were induced by XOM2 medium after one-hour treatment, the level of their expression risen continuously as time extended. OCA strongly inhibited the expression of these genes from 30 min after treatment, which was the first time point tested, and the effect of OCA existed until 6 hours after treatment, which was the last time point tested
