eBURST analysis of S. epidermidis clinical isolates (a) and colonized isolates (b). The eBURST algorithm clustered all of the 60 STs isolated of clinical isolates into clonal complex 2 (CC2) (166/223; 74.40%), 7 minor CCs (CC365, CC193, CC227, CC171, CC33, CC326, and CC66, 16/223, 7.17%), and 29 singletons. Among the 106 colonized isolates, 5 CCs were identified, including CC2 (77/106; 72.64%), CC365 (4 isolates), CC193 (1 isolates), CC227 (1 isolates) and CC66 (1 isolates)
