Time course of cell lysis by A. baumannii phage Bϕ-R2096 on carbapenem-resistant A. baumannii YMC13/03/R2096 strain. The host bacterium, A. baumannii YMC13/03/R2096, was infected with phage Bϕ-R2096 at MOIs of 0.1, 1, and 10. The turbidity of the bacterial cultures was measured by spectrophotometer at OD600.
