Transcriptomic and proteomic analyses reveal new insights into the regulation of immune pathways during adenovirus type 2 infection

Table 1 In total 12,927 cellular mRNAs were detected in five time points together. Among them 9738 mRNAs were common between all-time points. Expression of 6860 mRNAs reached to a significant level with a minimum of 10 FPKM. Among them 3556 mRNAs were up- or down-regulated ≥2-fold in Ad2-infected cells as compared to non-infected cells.
