Physicochemical properties of the Lopburi virus. Culture supernatants of the Lopburi02 virus were exposed to different temperatures for 1 h (black bars), chloroform for 30 or 60 min (white bars) and different pH conditions for 20 h (grey bars). After treatment, the viruses were titrated in Vero cells, and their levels were quantified as TCID50/mL. Two independent experiments were performed for each assay.
