Table 2 Comparison of MdSGHV IAP with homologs reported in other viruses: The analysis revealed clustering of the IAPs from MdSGHV, ASFV and CIV. Compared to the other viruses analyzed, the domain architecture of MdSGHV, ASFV and CIV IAPs contained one BIR domain and an additional RING domain (compare the data in this table with Fig. 2)
