Comparison of sensitivity of 2021, ΔFaDHDPS1 and ΔFaDHDPS1-C to various environmental stresses. Inhibition of mycelial growth was examined after each strain had been incubated for 3 days on PDA amended with the osmotic stress NaCl or KCl, the oxidative stress H O or paraquat and the cell wall and cytoplasm membrane stress caffeine, Congo red or SDS.
