Biofilm formation of GFP-tagged ΔrpoQ, ΔlitR and LFI1238 at different temperatures. The GFP tagged strains (LFI1238-pVSV102, ΔrpoQ-pVSV102 and ΔlitR-pVSV102) were allowed to form biofilms in SWT media at 8, 14 and 16°C. The biofilms were viewed, after 72 h of incubation, in a Nikon Eclipse TS100 microscope at 10× magnification and photographed with Nikon DS-5Mc. Scale bars represent 20 μm
