  1. The fragmentation pattern of the MS-signal at m/z 616.2 (bold typing) was compared with that of the reference BPheide a (normal typing). Note that most signals obtained in the MS/MS spectrum of analyte and reference BPheide a was for the same fragment loss (± 1 m. u.), strongly suggesting a high structure similarity between analyte and BPheide a
