The physical distances in the parental genomes of both isolates CHL42 and CHL357 were generally referred to those of 70–15, where the physical distances of two intervals were questioned, one was in an inversion between markers SM6–16 and LSM6–2, and another in the telomeric region between markers LSM6–5 and TEL12
