Genetic map and restriction sites of the MiniR1–1 plasmid. Using primers targeting the datA sequence in pMOR1 and pMOR1 as template, the complete genome of the MiniR1–1 plasmid was sequenced as described in Methods. The MiniR1–1 plasmid is a circular double stranded DNA molecule, consisting of 6316 bp. DnaA-boxes, oriR1, ORFs and genes are as indicated. The arrows represent orientation of transcription. Restriction sites of the MiniR1–1 plasmid were determined by BVTech Plasmid software which is available on the internet (http://www.biovisualtech.com/bvplasmid/downloadpl.htm).
