A segment showing alignment of the deduced amino acid (aa) sequences of the 17 PCV2 from this study and the reference sequences of four major genogroups of PCV2. Mutations at the C terminus of the capsid protein are shown, resulting to elongation of the ORF2 protein by one Lysine (K) residue in sample CHB16, CHB19 and PCV2d reference sequence (AY181946) as indicated by the green box compared to other 15 sequences in this study that formed the same pattern with reference PCV2b sequence (AF055394)
