Chromatograms illustrating single nucleotide polymorphisms that were detected in nucleotide position 150 of the allele abcZ-5 and those identified in nucleotide 336 of the allele gdh/zwf-5 from oropharyngeal sample No. 1815589. In these cases, the highest peak was selected to determinate the dominant clone.
