Recognition of lentivirus-mediated Omp31 expressing cells by mAbs in IFS. The lentivirus (LV-HAGE-Omp31) transduced 293FT cells were stained by the IFS with individual mAbs specific to Omp31. Reactivity levels are estimated from immune-stained cells by the fluorescent density of strongly reactive (++), reactive (+) or non-reactive (−), respectively. LV-ZsGreen is a negative control for lentivirus vector transduced cells; 293FT is a control of cells observed in white light under a Nikon Labophot photomicroscope
