Phylogenetic relationship of various Ehrlichia spp. based on the nucleotide sequences of the genus-specific disulfide bond formation protein (dsbA) gene of Ehrlichia spp. The underlined are the Ehrlichia spp. sequences detected in this study. All the detected sequences in this study clustered phylogenetically with reference Ehrlichia spp. dsbA gene sequences obtained from the GenBank.
