Lane 11, negative control consisting of a blank sample without DNA. Lane 12, positive control DNA from in-house E. coli isolate NVI024004 (AIDA-I+). Analysis shows 450 bp AIDA-I PCR products. The PCR amplicons were electrophoresed on a 2% agarose gel stained with SYBR® safe DNA gel stain and visualized under UV-transillumination
