The effect of RAS-associated bacterial species on the viability and proliferation of human oral epithelial cells. HOK-16B cells were infected with A. johnsonii, S. salivarius, and P. gingivalis at MOIs of 100, 500, and 1000 for 24. The viability (a) and the number of live HOK-16B cells (b) in six wells from two independent experiments were determined by trypan blue exclusion and compared with control cells without bacterial infection. *: Pā€‰<ā€‰0.05, **: Pā€‰<ā€‰0.01, ***: Pā€‰<ā€‰0.001
