AMT efficiencies of yeast mutants defective in DSB repair by replicative T-DNA. Yeast mutant strains defective in DSB repair pathways, NHEJ, SSA and DSBR, were co-cultivated with Agrobacterium EHA105 (pBY1). Error bars indicate the standard deviations of triplicate assays.
