Nephelometric monitoring of growth of the wild-type strain and AbGST deficient mutants. Conidia from the wild-type and mutants were used to inoculate microplate wells containing standard PDB medium (a) or supplemented with Ph-ITC (b). Growth was automatically recorded for 25 h at 25 °C using a nephelometric reader. Each genotype was analyzed in triplicate and the experiments were repeated three times per growth condition.
