Quantitative RT-PCR results for the expression of selected GST genes. Gene expression was measured either in planta at 2, 4 and 6 day post inoculation (dpi) (a) or in vitro in the presence of H2O2 (2.5 mM) for 30 min and 2 h (b). For each gene, expression induction is represented as a ratio of its relative expression (studied gene transcript abundance/actin and tubulin transcript abundance) in each inductive condition to its relative expression in the corresponding control. The data are the mean of three repetitions
