Western blot analysis of mAbs. Recombinant HRP 2 (0.5 μg) and nature HRP 2 were run on SDS-PAGE. The gel was blotted onto a nitrocellulose membrane and probed with 0.5 μg/ml of mAb 1A5 and 1C10. Lane M: molecular marker; Lane 1 and 2: rHRP 2 probed with mAb 1A5 and 1C10, respectively; Lane 3 and 7: Human blood serum probed with mAb 1A5 and 1C10, respectively; Lanes 5 and 6: Plasmodium falciparum cell culture supernatants probed with mAb 1A5 and 1C10, respectively; Lane 4 and 8: pLDH antigen (0.5 μg) probed with mAb 1A5 and 1C10, respectively.
